App doesn’t work on deals

I downloaded this app after getting an email about a discount on rooms on the app only. I tried many times today to get the “treat yourself thursday” deal but mysteriously every time I put my destination in the app crashed. Every. Single. Time. Go figure.

Apple Wallet

Please add the option to add our membership card to our Apple wallet.

Technical difficulties

When I search for a hotel I get a message that says “something went wrong, try again later” This is so inconvenient when I am trying to book a hotel. I’ve come back and tried again hours later and still have the same message come up. I don’t have all day to just sit and constantly keep checking to see if it’s working. I always end up calling the hotel to book. The one time I did get through to make a reservation “something went wrong” and it said I didn’t complete the reservation so I did it again. Long story short I had 3 reservations when I finally called the actual hotel. Thank goodness they were understanding and happily cancelled the 2 I didn’t need. Fix these issues please!

The app and website do not work

This is the most dysfunctional application in the App Store. I even tried calling customer service and they didn’t help either. Do yourself a favor and download literally any other hotel application besides this one if you want book a hotel.

Houston we have a problem

Cannot get logged in when using the app. Keeps saying your connection is not stable. Go online on my iPad via website and everything is fine.

Unable to sign in, with the error “Your connection is not stable.”

Connection in unstable. Accept? No, try Your App is unstable.

I’m a new download. I’ve been trying for over an hour to connect the add to the website account. The app continually says “Your connection is unstable.” and gives a button to accept. Then it says it again. Then it says it again. Etc. All the while I’m connected to the same wifi network on my laptop. On top of that, the website says it cannot find my reservation. I called the hotel because I’m afraid I’ll drive ten hours and have to sleep in my car. Hotel says they have me, but tell me that the conf code should be eight digits. I gave eight letters and numbers, but whatever. Then the hotel won’t give me the real conf code because they cannot verify my identity. Good security I guess, but I don’t get how verifying my own res carries a potential threat. It’s 2022. Signing up for stuff shouldn’t be this hard.

App doesn’t work - connection not stable

I have never once been able to login to the app. Every time I try, it immediately throws an error, “Your connection is not stable.” On cellular with full bars, or connected to wifi. Deleted and reinstalled, same error. Worst experience I’ve had with any app.

Says connection unstable

Regardless of the connection type and will not go further so the app is useless.
