Doesn’t even recognise my details. Keeps saying data not found which is worrying given that I have paid a huge sum to book the hajj this year

App does not work. Cannot register or create a password.

Great app that has all the information needed in one place with a simple interface. There are still a few bugs to address in the initial launch, but this app is a step in the right direction.

Cannot change password as no option

After Updating the app it’s now showing data but some wrong information. 1. Title shows 23 days package clearly but in the information and dates mean 19 days even says in the bottom 19 days ??? How you took away 4 days ? If you count 2 days of outward and inward flight date still not 23 days but 21 ‼️ 2. Madinah is after Hajj but shows date before Hajj, it should be from 8th July as schedule but shows 23 June to 2 July ‼️

App doesn’t give me option to recovery my old password, as I can’t remember it when I registered last week. Need help

App is not opening even after re installing on I phone 13. Please sort it out as there are few weeks left in HAJJ 2023

On IPhone once you login you have only a blank black screen and this happening on IPhone 13 and IPhone 14. How is that possible? This is not only related to myself to many other hajjis.
