Never buy from them tickets. I know some times it takes times time to find original train companies web sites but you should do it. They have charged me 3 times more than the original price. The price was $90 when the original company sells it at $30

Покупал билеты через это приложение в июле 2024 года в Грузии по маршруту Тбилиси - Батуми за несколько дней до отъезда. Причем на официальном сайте перевозчика билетов на нужную мне дату не было. Стоимость билетов купленных через это приложение не отличалась от той что предлагал официальный перевозчик. Очень удивился прочитав просто тонну негативных отзывов о приложении. Как тут так и Reddit. Это абсолютно несправедливо и ничего общего с реальностью не имеет. Хочу сказать огромное спасибо разработчикам. Вы буквально спасли нас и мы уже готовились ехать кучу часов на машине и стоять в пробках, но благодаря сервису мы поехали в первом классе хотя покупали эконом. Сервис апгрейдил билеты!

Товарищи искусство маскируются под официальных продавцов билетов. Занимают весь топ выдачи гугла по поиску билетов и дерут с людей конскую комиссию. 40% сверху вы заплатите просто потому что. Обходите стороной.

In almost every country you can buy tickets online. Don’t ever use this app, because you’ll pay 2x higher than the actual tickets price. A friend of mine mistakenly bought roundtrip tickets with this app from Seoul to Busan for 2 people for !!!390 000 KRW instead of 220 000 KRW. Feel the difference.

Покупала билет на электричку в Сербии. Переплата по сравнению с покупкой билета у перевозчика - около 400%. Вместо 5 долларов, потратила 23. Причем билет ты получаешь не сразу, а в течение 1-5 рабочих дней и я не видела об этом предупреждения до покупки билета. А у меня электричка была через 3 часа на момент покупки билета. Не рекомендую. Лучше разобраться самому с сайтом перевозчика и не платить огромную комиссию непонятно за что.

This app will charge you more than the actual ticket price they literally rip u off. Even if you want ti cancel a ticket they will just refund 80% of the price paid even if you cancelled a minute after you make a reservation Don’t recommend it , use other apps for better prices.

In my opinion, thieves. I booked a ticket and shortly before my trip they charged me more money saying my ticket was sold out and then they told me my ticket was not available and then they ended up charging me twice the original price. When I asked them about it, they said it was fees and then stopped responding, in my opinion, totally dishonest company and will steal your money. Go elsewhere.

PLEASE please please DO NOT USE this to purchase your tickets. They sent me the wrong tickets for both of my train tickets and charged me more than double the cost. The good reviews here are obviously fake, I wish Apple would do a better job with removing fake reviews. They did not send me the correct tickets and say they did and can't give me proof that they did cuz i have proof they sent me the wrong ones. They are a complete scam!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM RAIL NINJA. No refund whatsoever if you change your mind , and Overcharging. I bought a ticket few hours before departure but changed my mind right away and wanted to cancel it but their system didn’t allow me. We did not use the ticket and contacted the customer service who replied back saying the cancellation period is 36 hours before departure and if you buy a ticket within 36 hours of departure, and wanted to cancel, you will LOSE your money even you spend $1000. You are screwed. Never buy from them.
