The process for renewing is so clunky - I need a digital download key to activate the card but your portal doesn’t have a mobile device associated with this digital railcard. Having renewed digitally over the last few years, I can honestly say that it is one of the most onerous and logic-defying processes I’ve ever encountered. The instructions are poor and links do not work. As a consequence, I still don’t have any way of accessing my new card.
Like everything done online there are too many terms/conditions & restrictions to read before buying a network railcard, as I’ve now found out the hard way because train travel across England is not joined up & there is no set price or standard to go by I would not buy a network railcard in the future & would advise passengers to steer clear of it in the future. VERY DISAPPOINTED, UNHAPPY & I WOULD ONLY GO BY TRAIN IN ENGLAND IF I HAD NO OTHER OPTION and that includes using our off-road tracks that are classed as roads/motorways

As per the title!
How can people travel by train when such uncertainty about the reliability of the railway service is at odds with the paying public. We haven’t used out RailCard this year , a full refund should be offered against such unreliable nonsense service!!
App works well and Better than having a physical one. However it would be great if you had the option of putting the railcard in apple wallet for easier access.
The website and app comes up with errors when trying to buy a new railcard and when making a new account. Completely impossible to navigate on the website and these “unexpected errors” need to be fixed.
This is now 9 years I’ve been a railcard holder and I have made some great savings on my travel I’m now on a disabled railcard due to my health issues.
