With recent update all the history of appointments, reports of my children is lost.

Getting a reports are the very worst service they provide. We cannot able to get reports through app, website or even they will not send to email also. Small labs are now a days sending reports to phone directly, but here it is of no use. We didn’t even know why they are asking for mail id’s.

Unable to see reports

Have tried to login multiple times, however OTP is not being sent to mobile.

Trying to book an appointment from last 2 days but none of their screen are able to fetch the details like hospitals list, doctors etc.

Unable to login, unable to back , only one option to uninstall if you want to go login page.

Not working properly. Unable to book an appointment

There is actually no use in this app. Ive logged in not able to see any appointment slots available and only showing for a week or so and not able to see what appointment ive already booked calling through toll free. Couldnt see any report or track vaccines to take.

Nothing is working

Not able to fetch or open anything on this app even a login is not working.
