Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Waiting on my order to process for 5 minutes and still hasn’t. Plus there’s no rewards points for ordering on the app. Would’ve been better off just driving to the actual place then sitting here waiting for the app to work. App is useless with zero benefits. A new location just opened up next to my work, so I was excited to earn points or at least be able to pre-order food, but apparently I can do neither of those things on this app. Waste of time

App is not consistent and then it doesn’t allow you to scan your receipt if you have to use drive thru and not app. Going to Slim’s Chicken.

Unfortunately you have to create an account to do anything beyond the initial splash screen. Can’t even look at the menu or anything. Not gonna use this app.

For some reason, I can’t make an account. Can you guys look into fixing this, it won’t let me sign up even though every box is filled.

Required to create an account for orders over $100. Unfortunately creating an account is impossible not only through the app, but also online.

This was my 2nd attempt. The first time it wouldn’t go through either.

I have used this app for so long but had just realized that when you make an order for someone else to pick up, the app tracks the device from where the order was placed. Which caused me to wait for my order for almost 40 minutes because the app assumed I had not went to pick up my order. The geo tracking is useless at this point, which ruins the whole concept of this app. Fix this issue or there will be a lot of issues with this restaurant.

The foos is amazing but I am very sad that my app is not letting me log in. :(

I cannot even make an account. The sign up button is greyed out even when I filled out everything. Make it make sense.
