I was hungry, then I was hangry. Please develop a proper app as the food is good and deserves the tech to back it.

Absolutely useless App. Makes you register your info then redirects you to their mobile website instead of letting you order directly from the app. Then you have to log in again on website. What’s the point?!

Do you want to download an app that you can’t order from and all links just redirect you to a website browser where you manually need to create another separate account? Well this is the app for you!

App and their online ordering doesn’t work if it doesn’t let you select the address. I entered the eircode - useless online system

It does not recognise my eir code and I can’t enter my address manually. They don’t answer their phones so no longer order with them. Their loss.

No need for the app, half the features are actually on the web and open in the browser, the others look like web show in the app I registered on the app, got redirected to the web for order and had to register again and provide phone number Frustrating !

I agree with MrMiro, what’s the point of having an app if it redirects you to the website when you want to order then you have to log in on the browser to order. The app seems all over the place, it’s disappointing tbh I’ve deleted it and would only consider downloading it again if you can order through the app.

Ramen mobile website is hanging when try to perform basing actions so I have installed the app. When you try to check anything using the app - its redirects to the website.... what is the point having app.... Please make or pay someone to make proper app where you can check menu and place order (using app)
