Ramp

Having recently moved companies I have just started using RAMP, one word - Amazing! Ridiculously simple to set up and getting a Virtual Card immediately into my Apple Wallet was fantastic. Simple to us App, great interface and I love how my transactions appear in the app almost immediately meaning I can get my expenses admin done in the fly. Feedback to the developers (or it could be user error on my part) - It would be good if the expenses that have been reviewed and approved could move to a different list or tab.

Entering a bill for a new merchant is tricky and is not intuitive enough.

As a small business, we need a solution to visualize expenses with receipt receipts. We unfortunately signed up for Expensify and their system could not match receipts to expenses. We moved over to Ramp, which was the best decision I think we’ve ever made as a company. The software is intuitive, easy to use, and the perfect solution for our team.

Simple and so easy for people like myself who are not always able to keep receipts and file away

It’s great how it “forces” you to upload receipts, etc., because it keeps me accountable and saves hours of work later.

Never, like ever, has expense reporting and approving been so simple and clean. Not only do I remember to immediately log a receipt, I can remind my entire team to do so! Drop your old system and use Ramp!
