This app needs a total rebuild. It’s so and badly laid out. They should take a look at UBank app. Much better

App requires updates and there is no updates from AppStore… very bad developed app for a finance purpose

Font too small I cant read my balance. No widget. They are doing this on purpose so RAMS app isnt as good as its parent company. NAB app is the best!

I have tried to 'update' this app for weeks!! Like so many others I get told I have a problem with an Apple payment?? I have to sign into Apple, and I'm told my Apple ID is incorrect! I thought I had been hacked! I ended up changing my Apple ID password several times. Calling Apple to see if I had been hacked- it certainly acts as though it is compromising my Apple security somehow! And I have NO WAY of checking my account, because RAMS is ALL ONLINE!! If it ain't broke guys.... This issue alone has me looking for to refinance with another lender. Like I said A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

App no longer works. States you need to update app but sends you around in circles trying to do so. Please fix!

I updated the app and now am stuck in a loop. Keeps asking me to update and takes me back to the open app. Please correct this ASAP

For the last 8 days I’ve attempted to open the RAMS App and it will only allow “update” so I select update and it takes me to the App Store. I select the app, which hasn’t been updated, and I start the whole process again of only allowing “update” and you can guess the rest. I attempted report it to RAMS but received an email saying that it fell outside the parameters of their support so they couldn’t help. 🤷

This app is no longer working every time you open the app it tells you to update but there is no updateThis needs to be fixed ASAP
