Works well in general - but recent update with places instead of my clubhouse, does not do anything good. I want to be able to see whats going on in my clubhouse, an overview where in hundreds of miles I get a halfprized coffee, is not daily needed. Sometimes the app is very slow with opening the chat.

Latest version works properly Great options about new releases and chat with members. You should get the forum integrated into the app👌

The bugs and user experience give this app a very 2010 look and feel. Needs serious work.

- “Add to my calendar” is not working - Better photo sharing quality would be great - The rest of the function are working very well

Just renewed my membership and in great part for the value that you get from the App! Well worth the membership price!

This app and the introduction it has given me to virtual group rides has been a godsend during lockdown - thank you to the product managers and developers who built it 🙌 It’d be great to have more promotion of self-starter community rides. You can set up rides and groups but promoting that to others nearby would be great. But overall it’s very deserving of its place on my homescreen 👍

Needs massive improvements. Not linked to the website. This app should be your one stop shop for all Rapha and RCC. Book on to a yoga class? Should appear in the app. Should be able to see past orders etc all in this app!

App looks great, but, every time I try to login it says it’s failed. I’ve been a member of Rapha for a long time, I’ve tried resetting my password etc but still no joy.

Best tool to connect with riders around the world, so many people on it already. So happy I joined

Excellent app for all aspects of RCC. Only reason it's not 5* is that the forum is not included. Which is a great shame.
