Rapsodo MLM

For over a month the device does not upload videos. Support is unhelpful and refuses to offer a refund. I canceled my subscription.

The app is every iOS like and feels totally nice. The device is top notch for its price. I have a pro subscription and the new insights reports are great! I wish there were virtual courses or more games to play and an option to export a session as CSV or similar!

The MLM really a crazy good devise and the comparison with trackman shows that these are serious numbers. The app is very easy to use and has stunning features. For the upcoming updates I would highly wish that I could customize which numbers are displayed when using the MLM with iPhone. For example clubspeed instead of launch angle or smash factor Instead of Ballspeed... just customizable.. But overall a stunning system!

I just bought the refurbishe MLM and it doesn’t even turn on. Their support is hard to navigate, but I was able to send a message. I’m hoping that they can just replace it because as of right now it seems impossible to even reach someone.

Initially had issues setting up the account but customer service fixed it as soon as i contacted them. For the price, it’s exactly what I wanted. I’m a high handicap golfer and this is really helpful. It gives a high handicapper everything they would need to become a mid to low handicap golfer! Unless you are a scratch golfer, this would definitely help you improve!

$300+ equipment but they can’t add the simple feature of deleting a club from your bag. Sure that’s not a huge deal… but really?? How was that not thought of.

I have had the MLM for sometime now and unfortunately, with the latest release of software, the app just quit providing any data. I was assured the bug was fixed and given access to a test version, which seemed to work well for a while, but now back to the same issues of no data captured for a shot.

The app is solid, I usually have no issues with it through most sessions. The few times I do are usually user error. They pay attention to feedback and respond to issues quickly which is appreciated. Even with a newer version and device, this one is still supported and gets updates which is also appreciated.

App crashes on first swing; device unusable.

Update: Emailed rapsodo, response was basically “yeah we are working on it” When exporting swing videos from the app, the video saves without the shot tracer. Very frustrating as this function is important for sharing swings with a coach. Great launch monitor, very poorly executed app.
