Fantastic little app
I've had this app for over 4 years and its amazing to help you see progress. I love that you can set up the date prior to the actual date. Very good feature. It's just great to come back to this app and see how healthy you should be. The price is right for this one folks.
Super easy and intuitive
Exactly what I wanted after trying several others. Everything you want to see without the fat. No ads bunging up the app. Just straight up east to read progress stats. Download. You won’t regret it.

Amazing App!!!
It’s only been 1 week smoke free BUT this apps makes it so much easier to quick. I look at it every morning just like I look at my Fitbit every morning. I look forward to seeing how many smokes I passed, how much money I’ve saved so far and all the accomplishments in health and over all. Can’t wait to see what it does at 10 Year accomplishment. I feel so much better and it’s all because of this app!!!! 🥳👏🙏
Very fun app!
7 months smoke free. This app has been fun to follow my progress! I will never delete this app. I share with my family how many smokes I would of smoked quite often. Also, justify buying things for myself more often with the “amount saved”
