The app is so fast and I like the fact that you can send from Raven to Raven but today , I sent 2,844,000 to my Raven account and was expecting immediate delivery as usual but up till now , I’m yet to receive my funds . I don’t know what is going on and your customer care is just as if it’s not active . This issue I’m having needs to be resolved as soon as possible because the funds is needed urgently.

I sent money to my ravenpay account, You guys reset my account balance to zero naira after I complained that I had not received the 59,000 naira that I sent to my account in Raven app, now I can’t login. If I try to login it keeps telling me incorrect password. When I try to do a password reset, it sends OTP but doesn’t display the page for the otp to be entered. What’s going on with your app, Please I need my money
This bank just disappeared my money, up today I haven’t seen my money the customer service is very slow they reply to customer after 4 days and they can’t do anything… please return my money I have been waiting for it
I had money in my dollar card, and I needed to convert it back to naira, and it wasn’t working, I updated the app, then the money was gone. The worst is that you will keep sending messages to their support team and they will be seeing your messages and be ignoring you.
Recently there was a system glitch and my account was banned, I contacted Inimfon via the Raven page on Facebook and he not only attended to me in a kind and loving manner, but he also assisted in processing and unbanning my account. thank you Inimfon, I truly am grateful
Started using Raven bank this year, and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it, love the ease in transactions, love the fact that I also get notifications when the other party receives it, it makes me much more bold to say confirm!!! Then love the fact that I get a little percentage after buying data and airtime.
I have been using Ravenpay for a while now and trust me their services has been superb. Smooth transactions all through. Referred three of my friends recently and they have been enjoying its services. Try ravenpay and thank me later. @yors_favouritely
