I make requests in 24 nov 2024 till 5 December I tried to reach to customer service but I couldn’t do this because this busy all the day any time No mail No hot line They answered me at 9 dec “Sorry we have some pieces that requested “ then I requested indemnity but no solution for this So I cancelled the order. I advise any to avoid buying anything from Ravin . They not respect their customers.

There’s always lag in this app

Products are nice but the customer service is so bad i wanted to return an item that wasn't my size and it was in the days of 14 thing i texted them the the same day my order came didn't get a reply they sent that they are opened from 10am to 4pm so next day i texted then 10:47 i didn't get a reply until an hour later and so own there replies are always an hour late and u need to send multiple times just so they reply once every hour which makes the time from 10 to 4 finish so then i would need to wait for the next day to be able to get a human reply and not a robot its been 3 days and I'm trying to send back one piece and they keep wasting my time by replying an hour later if they do this a lot they might keep doing it until 14 days are up and i can no longer able to return I suggest u look into ur customer service area because it needs a lot of improvement I would also like some help with returning my item

They don’t want to return item back and send the refund. Complete disrespect and lying
