This App has been created by an RC Cars and slot cars hobbyist (myself) that had a need: I wanted to know my lap times when practicing in my local club but the expensive Timing System was not installed. So I created RC Timing.
RC Timing is an App that tracks lap times for radio-control and slot cars. It can be used in both indoor and outdoor tracks.
This App is not intended to replace your club’s timing system. It is thought to help you in situations where you want to practice and the local timing system is not available.
It uses the video camera for tracking the car colors and it offers an easy and intuitive configuration.
- RadioControl and Slot Racing cars
- Manage different drivers/cars/tracks
- No human interaction is required
- No external systems are required
- Training mode/Race mode
- Voice synthesizer (you can connect your iOS device to a Bluetooth speaker)
- Track up to 10 cars simultaneously
- Store all registered lap times
- Show basic statistics
- Designed to not drain your battery
- Both Practice and Race sessions supported
- Detailed guide explaining how to use it
- Export lap times to CSV
- Offers graphs for better performance analysis
- Support for car classes

Once is fully setup works like a charm
The secret is using very contrast colors on cars and tracks. I use a color sheet as track floor to give more contrast with the cars and is easy to setup. After that works amazing.

Sinceramente la mejor app de las que he probado, y con diferencia. Solo hay que tener la precaución de ajustar el Color del coche en función de la luz ambiental, pero vamos le doy un 11.

En la app me sale la opción pitstops pero no me deja comprarla ni activarla. Me puedes decir el motivo? Gracias
Una pasada
Una auténtica pasada de app, súper bien pensada, es algo complicado de entender al principio pero una vez te haces al funcionamiento de los menús es una pasada! He desbloqueado pilotos y coches y es una maravilla, más adelante desbloquearé el resto de app! Ánimos para seguir construyendo y desarrollando esta app! Mil gracias!

Es justo lo que necesitaba tanto para carreras de slot como para radiocontroles pequeños. Lo malo es que para tenerlo todo te gastas 13€
