I have sent email about problems on resetting my account since you have change apps. Customer service via email not helping and hotline un contactable. Please fix this ASAP.

I been trying to sign-up so many times however the apps pop notifications keeps on sending “connection problems” I used two different wifi and a mobile data still the same! I dunno if the apps issues or connection issues. I tried 3 different connections still the same
Hello this is so troublesome!!! Why create a new app if it isn’t stable and now I’m sure all your CS reps are overwhelmed with so many calls regarding this. Unlipay keeps failing but it is deducted to oir credit limit and I was told that the transaction is on hold, worst is the recipient didn’t got the money so we gotta chase for reversal but we cant even talk to someone unless we wait for 1 hour. Another issue is when you open the app it keeps saying NULL API RESULT and nothing is loading, even if you try to log on and off the app. Seriously why has this been rolled out without proper testing. This is a downgrade from previous RCBC app and experience too. The previous app was simple but at least it was working!! Do something asap!
Fix your cheque deposit features. So frustrating.
Customer feature request, it would be a better user experience if you implement 2FA instead of rotating passwords every 90 days. I always forget my password due to this rotation. Better if 2FA or OTP verification every 90 days.

Would be better if there’s an app for Bankard cardholders where we can see recent and unbilled transactions. The website is already not available for iPhone users and this too. I’ve keyed in the same user id and password but it keeps telling me that I’ve entered incorrect details. What’s happening RCBC
I always try to sign up and connect my credit cards however it always say “There’s nothing a few taps wont fix.” Customer Service can’t answer my questions as well and they keep on saying call another number. I also visited tehir branch and their advise is not helpful as well. Hope someone can help me here.
App issues ongoing for WEEKS! When I emailed Customer Care, I was advised to go to the branch account. I’ve encountered multiple problems right from opening the account! Very unacceptable for one of the biggest banking institution in the Philippines.
