Love this app, easy to send many texts so quick to many clients.

It doesn't send the content you tell it to. It just sends nothing to people. This app is trash.

I can sent engaging images, personalized messages, and customize who gets what info at a quick click. Worth the fee for my students

This app allows me to send out messages every morning to over 100 people in just a few minutes. I love it; worth every penny!

The system for importing contacts is ridiculous no matter how many times I try to put the names in there from a CSV file. It says that the columns are incorrect names, even though I followed the exact naming that it says, and then when I add contacts to my phonedoes not update so that I can pick those new contacts. Frustrating to use.

I am a Work Based Learning Coordinator at a high school. So I have to manage all (85) of my students while they are off campus! These kids (and some parents) aren’t checking their email everyday. Texting is how people communicate, and this has made communicating so much more efficient. I use a Google Voice phone # for the WBL business line. And Reach has made it possible for students and parents to not have to use another app to receive group messages. The replies to my communications are almost at 100%. Thanks Reach!

I love that it can choose text or email, then pauses at each entry to allow us to add a customized message. This way improves response rates .

I must say the app works really well. It took me a little time to get used to it and learn how to use it but once the learning curve was over, I like it’s usefulness.

I was searching for an app that allowed me to send via text or via email simultaneously to a group of about 50 and this app said that it would but it would only send to text addresses for me. I can usually figure out tech issues but it took me several days and back-and-forth with the app support via email before I figured out on my own that I did not have the Apple email app on my phone anymore as I had deleted it long ago. I added it back and success! Also, I’d like to note that I thought I was not going to get any support at first after I didn’t hear an answer in a day and their phone number doesn’t work, but they did respond within two days via email and then continued to respond. One thing I would note though, is that the support personnel should remove the phone number if they are not available via phone for support, but I won’t take a star off for that. My messages sent, the app acted as it should and so far I’m very pleased.
