Has every feature I want and even some more I didn’t realise I’d love. Highly recommend, a wealth of information at your finger tips.

Often doesn't display property photos (just blank space) and when there is a video or floor plan the buttons don't do anything. Cannot watch videos or see floor plan.

Photos are not always showing when you tap on them. Please fix!

The previous version had some minor niggles but actually worked well. This version is hopeless. It opens in potrait on iPad, won’t rotate, pictures are a mess. Hope you didn’t pay someone to produce this rubbish. If you did, get your money back!!

The app used to be easy, fast and intuitive to use. Now it’s just clunky. It takes forever to navigate to where you want to be, loading maps and and properties is really slow, and I’m not convinced all the properties do show.

Would be rated less than one star if a lower rating were possible. They say “if it ain’t broke...... don’t fix it” - well, whoever developed this new app obviously hasn’t heard of this. The app will not change when rotating iPad, but photos will rotate on an iPhone. Photos did not display correctly on iPad, but did on iPhone. There was no way to close photos on the iPad without closing the entire app and starting again. The old app was pretty good, so why change it. You are going to loose customers to Homes and One Roof. FYI, iPad Pro and iPhone 8 with latest apps used.

This used to be a very simple and useful app. Now it is very hard to use and ineffective. Please sort out the flow and perhaps so some user testing.

did these guys actually test the app prior to release?

I’m not usually one for resisting change, but this iteration is awful. Not only have all my favourites vanished, but the map is now something you have to navigate to, and once you’ve done so half the available properties don’t load. You’ve actually made searching for a house significantly more difficult. It gets worse: on an iPad, you can’t even log in because the credential fields are hidden, and the photos get cropped. I understand having a “mobile first” approach, but that doesn’t mean you neglect other devices.
