This is a helpful application that let you search the latest real estate transaction prices in Japan.
**Please download data in WIFI connection**
How to use:
1) Because the total data is very very large(more than 1200000 records), please specify the municipality from the top address screen then download the real estate transaction data you want to search into your device.
For example:
Touch the items like '東京都->千代田区->(平成23年)第1四半期', then the data will be downloaded, and 54 will be displayed on the screen.
2) After download all the data you want, you can view the data in many aspects based on address or railway line.
Features:
1, The latest municipalities information are used.
2, The Real estate transaction price data from 2006 to now can be downloaded (if the transaction happened).
3, The Real estate transaction price can searched based on address or railway station.
4, To each information of real estate, the Public Notice of Land Prices around can also be found.
5, Mail, twitter, Map, Web searching, transaction trends and other functions are also provided.
6, In detail screen you can found the information of following items, they can used for further search.
Type, Location, Region, Nearest Station, Total Transaction Value, Area (m2), Unit Land Price per m2,Frontage of Land (m),Land Shape,Total Floor Area of Building (m2),Construction Year of Building, Building Structure,Room Layout of Exclusively Owned Area,Use,Frontage Road,City Planning,Maximums Building Coverage Ratio and Maximums Floor-area Ratio (%),Transaction Period,Remarks
7, History can be recorded automatically, downloaded data can be deleted at any time.
8, Supported Language of UI: English(only partly), Japanese, Chinese(only partly).

1, The output in screen is ONLY IN JAPANESE.
2, The internet environment is needed for viewing Map and Public Notice of Land Prices.

3, The following system is referenced from this application, if this system was stopped, some functions in this application will not work.
