Reality Construction Kit lets you put augmented reality objects in your real space, and play.
Toss balls, boxes and bubbles into your space - they bounce, flow, stack, rock and roll as if they're real. Tack tracks and planks into your walls, stairs and furniture and roll balls down your new course. Stack boxes, fill crates and knock them over. Toss Darts and they stick the landing. Shoot Baskets and score. Create a wild contraption made of all of these and see it work!
Throughout, virtual objects realistically collide, slide, bounce, roll across surfaces, and disappear behind real ones. With uncanny collisions, reflections, shadows, and directional 3D sounds, it's the most insanely realistic augmented reality yet.
The magic is enabled by a LiDAR sensor on your state-of-the-art device. As you look around, it sees the shapes in your real environment, so virtual objects can seamlessly inhabit it.

What I dreamed Augmented Reality would be
The tracks work great for all kinds of balls. I got all the add-ons and I keep finding new ways to combine them. Darts are a real kick, I can stack things up and knock them over. Distinct sounds for all the objects, and so directional, feels so real.
Awesome - why iPad only?
Would be great to have this on the LiDAR enabled phones too.
Mind blowing AR & LiDAR Experience
Everybody I have shown this too has been blown away when they see a room filled of bubbles. Using AR and LiDAR accurately shows the bubbles rolling on and off of objects and bounce away from walls. I am looking forward to where this technology takes us next. Keep up the great work!
Jaw dropping fun. AR gets real!
This simple app puts the realism in augmented reality. Now my friends see why I was so excited about getting the newest iPad Pro. The LiDAR depth sensing is revolutionary. AR is no longer a shallow gimmick — more like a new life style.
LiDAR use behind in app purchase
So this just sprays water droplets onto the camera image and pretends they are dribbling away, but it doesn’t support lidar without the in-app purchase. You have to pay 1$ to see the water move around the actual geometry of your space. I think the app should just cost 1 dollar and have no purchases
