Needs more spit and polish
I've been listening to the Improve Photography podcast, fantastic work. You can tell these guys know their stuff, and are able to 'dumb down' their expertise to beginners like myself. Thanks for the great work, guys. Unfortunately I can't say the same with this app. The pop up asking for premium should not appear each time you go to the home screen – when I dismiss it, it should stay dismissed at least until I open the app again – and I can see a whole heap of awesome spots around me, but tapping on a location to find out more just shows a message saying "Failed to load location. Error: an error has occurred". I have GPS on in my iPhone settings, and RGPS is allowed to access GPS data, but something's broken in a link in the chain somewhere along the line. This is a massive impact as it means I can't check up on what the location is all about, or even see where the location physically is (eg address) This app has so much potential and I was really excited to hear the features of this app on the podcast, but loading it up on my phone has been a very different, and in this case, underwhelming, experience. I hope there's a big update soon. This app can be a valuable asset to the photographer's arsenal if more care was taken during development.
