Great app for churches, highly recommended

I thinks a wonderful app for a small community to chat, sell, keep tabs on one another. Things you don’t want to put on social media for everyone to see.

It’s comforting to be part of this family of God who support one another in prayer.

My church invited me to use this app. I tried several times to login, no results. I then clicked on forgot password and got a link to change it. I changed my password then tried logging in with my email and new password and then got a message that I’m not authorized to use the app. It’s not much of an app if I can’t use it to login to my church account! I gave it one Star because it didn’t haven’t a zero to give it.

Every time I try to log in, it says “incorrect credentials.” I change my password, come back, try to sign in to the app, and it says the same thing. It even happens on a web browser as well. It will let me access my account immediately after changing the password on the website, but the next time I try to sign in, “incorrect credentials.” Extremely frustrating!

Realm is great for keeping in touch with large groups of people if you can get on to it. Lately however, it is hit or miss whether it will let you on after entering sign on credentials with out a security message. Fix that and the rating would be higher.

It is ridiculous that we have to sign in with user name and password every 2 weeks or so. Most of us already have too many to remember. It always seems to happen when away from home where I record all my passwords. Security is one thing, but nothing recorded on Realm is of a security concern because name, address, phone number etc. are easily available to anyone with only a little effort. PLEASE STOP THIS HIDEOUSNESS!!

Realm is a great way to keep up with events at church. Our class uses it for updates and information. The only complaint I have is every so often it kicks me off. I then have to sign in. It doesn’t have a save the login information like some apps do. If I don’t have my password handy I can’t sign in until I get the password. Other than that I like it.

The app logs you out every two weeks, which makes continued engagement with older congregants as consultant hassle. The app should be prioritized for ease and long term use by congregants, I get needing to login to confirm a financial transaction, but to see congestion news or chats?
