I ordered a bunch of items from Reason going to the Philippines. I received the order within 10days with no problem. Customer support is amazing! Placing an order was a smooth process. Lovin this brand and will definitely order again! Kudos Reason! ❤️

Placed an order on Saturday. It’s Thursday now and they haven’t even shipped yet. Either I ordered too many items or they are backed up with current sales. My advise….. have plenty of time as package might take about a week to ship out of their warehouse. :( Update. It’s Friday now. 5 business days passed and I’ve been ignored by their customer service. Please be aware that your order will NOT be shipped in 2-3 days more likely in 7 days. :(
