The app is okay, but I can’t connect to anybody from their team, specially Client Service to refund my money for the anual plan, witch I didn’t even use. I wanted to try it for three days but forgot to cancel it, because other companies announce then the free trial is over. I wrote them 4 email already, and nothing.

I want to love this app and get my money’s worth. (Those free trial auto renewal got me.) I like the idea for the ease of creating reels. I think this app would be more functional if they told you how many photos/videos included (why do I have to click on it to find out it’s only 5 videos when I need 8?), length of the reel, and allowing you to reorder the media selected.
