Why the heck do you need a ID copy to register. And “continue without registering” DOESNT WORK!!! Stupid service.

Despite money being successfully reserved by Iberdrola against my own or my wife’s Visa or Mastercard account, every single time I try to charge it fails. Dozens of emails, and dozens of calls (literally dozens) to Iberdrola have failed to resolve this issue. Iberdrola just don’t seem to be bothered to resolve this issue for non-permanent residents of Spain. I have been trying for 3 years now, and will try again (undoubtedly unsuccessfully) in the Autumn (2023) when I’m back in Spain.

Very difficult to registrer an account. Postal code 03183 Torrevieja not possible. Using the app the charging will not start, not on free charging stations or paid. Customer service is so bad it should not be called service at all. overall stay away id you can

This is the worst app I’ve seen in my life. I don’t even understand how it was allowed to be published in the App store. After hours of trying to create account and not accepting non-Spanish credit cards, I finally set it up (with a spanish card). After short time I couldn’t even open the app anymore and had to reinstall it. Now I’m trying to log in again and it just loads forever.

Hello I tried to charge many different card and none would work because they are not spanish On top of this I also have an étron card where Iberdola is supposed to work in partnership with Audi and this card is rejected as well Please fix your software issues asap for those that are trying to drive without using petrol Regards

Does not accept non-Spanish issued credit cards

Useless for tourists. The app doesn’t accept/add cards issued outside of Spain and you can’t resister an account. Hope Iberdrola improve its approach.

Me gustaría que en próximos desarrollos de aplicación se pusiera la hora en la cual se ha puesto el coche a cargar , para saber , aproximadamente cuando volver a consultar la aplicación para reservar el puesto, o en su caso , una alarma que diga cuando los puestos de ir tenemos como favoritos en la ciudad donde residimos , se encuentren libres . Muchas gracias .

Increíble yo no sé como no arreglan esto, puedes meter los datos cuantas veces quieras y verificarlos por ti mismo que siempre son incorrectos En serio arreglar esto que sois una empresa grande

No se puede introducir medio de pago (pantalla totalmente en blanco). Por lo tanto, la hace inútil para el objetivo de su uso
