Zero response
I attempted to top up my phone and the recharge didn’t reach the phone. Despite lodging a ticket number with support I have had zero follow up except for an automated reply. I had topped up successfully previously with Recharge and I used the same data, so I know the error wasn’t from my end. And I tried again on a new AT & T number and it has failed again. It’s cost a lot of money for nothing. I’d avoid using this app.

Scam
Made an order to add call credit to a phone. The credit never arrived. I decided to make another order and the same thing happened. I was scammed twice. Please, think again before purchasing anything with the recharge app.
