Red Robin Ordering

The app used to be good. Now: - You get logged out frequently. - Login doesn't support the keychain. - Apple Pay is no longer supported. - Credit card entry doesn't support auto fill.

Fear of technology is a real thing. I tried to place a order on line but my efforts ended in frustration. The crew in independence Ohio were willing to show me where and how I went wrong. Thank God for willing workers!!

App is useless in terms of letting you sign in. No matter how many times I try. Requesting to change my password in an effort to make it work is not working given that no e-mail is ever sent. Both app and website are buggy and horrible.

It won’t let me log in, it just says error, no help until you log in!

To use this “app” is a nightmare. I’ve never faced such poor coded app. This app is a great shame for Red Robin. You need to restart app at least 3 times to make order, constantly crashes, app errors every time. I hope the person responsible for this abomination was fired with shame. And this is so frustrating considering the food is actually good. Delete this app from AppStore because it’s simply doesn’t work as it supposed to.

I tried to input my order for times. Each time I had to navigate away, and the order disappeared from my cart. Then, I finally got it to work, but now it keeps not taking my payment…what a waste of time!!!

There’s no easy way to report a problem with an order, like some psycho putting ice and soft serve in a float or adding enough salt that it could reasonably considered food tampering. It would also be nice if the default could be switched between pickup and delivery.

I love Red Robin and have used this app at least once a week for the last year to place orders. I loved the convenience and access to my Reward Points. However, this last update has removed Apple Pay support, which is pretty much a deal breaker. I checked the website and it accepts Google Pay but not Apple Pay. I DO NOT WANT TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD INFO NOR DO I WANT YOU TO RECORD IT FOR FUTURE PURCHASES. This is a long time customer who will no longer be placing orders.

I want to order burger without a side just the burger but there no option to do that. Why is that.

Never had a bad meal either on the east coast or west coast.
