Купил в день визита билет из Мумбаи до Гоа. Автобус, разумеется, зная о наличии моего билета - проехал остановку мимо. Я не смог уехать. Когда написал в поддержку приложения, в возврате денежных средств было отказано, по причине: вам был предложен альтернативный вариант. Это ложь. Просто украли деньги и продали мое место другому человеку повторно.

I just bought the ticket, waited for a bus 2.5 hours and then I knew that bus is cancelled. I got no information about cancellation, no money refunded. I hope this app will be removed from AppStore.
Приложение делал криворукий инвалид, информация не приходит на WhatsApp, точка остановки автобуса за частую не верная, по телефону не дозвониться, если нет трекинга у баса автобус можно не найти!!!!!

I traveled by Sree Jyothi Travels from and to Ambasamudram on 26th and 27th February 2023. While the staff were very polite and helpful, I have to state a couple of points where the service could be improved. The first is, the arrival at the destination by both buses were delayed by more than an hour. This is unacceptable. Secondly, the passengers were keeping their luggages in the walkway in the bus which was inconvenient for other passengers to get in and out of the bus either for food or for using the toilet. Another thing of course which the travels cannot do anything is that, most passengers were talking very loudly on their mobiles right through the night which did not help anyone including me who was trying to sleep. Most people have neither the sense nor the courtesy to abstain from such incorrigible behavior.
