Garbage Telco and App
This telco is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Porting out is made deliberately difficult, even though I confirmed all bills were paid in full with a credit balance. Their stores are nearly impossible to find, and the app is beyond outdated—it’s practically unusable. Customer support is shockingly unhelpful and seems clueless about even the basics. Even Tunetalk offers a better self-service app than this. If Redone has any ambition to be considered a decent, low-cost telco, it needs to completely overhaul its garbage app, which looks like it’s stuck in the past. Without Yoodo being removed, I wouldn’t touch this service with a ten-foot pole.
