I realized that the bad reviews were given 2 years ago and they must have made several improvement as I find the app intuitive and easy to use. I just port over my existing number from CMlink to redONE on 19Sep. The main reason for the change is because I can have internet when I travel to Malaysia. I was assigned with Melvin to assist me, he is very helpful and reply my inquiries very quickly. He’s really professional and knowledgeable 👍🏻 I went to Malacca on 23Sep and it’s so convenient I don’t have to change SIM card. By enabling the auto roaming in Settings is sufficient to automatically change to Digi and you have internet access instantly. Sending and receiving of video is rather slow but other than that, all is working well and fine. Very happy with the service and the APP is also easy to use. Great job and highly recommended!

The last update broke something. Now I cannot use the payment mode at all (all modes). I cannot send any feedback either. While on chat, the support person I’m chatting will just disconnect. Yet after more than 1 week, nothing has been done to correct this.

Above Case ID highlighted to redONE on 01 May 2022. To date still not resolved and no status update. Kept saying case is being expedited..:(

This app, despite available to download on App Store and stated compatibility with iPhone 5 SE, doesn’t work.

With most telco these days, change of plan for existing customers is free Redone, you can definitely do better

Have two lines with redone but can’t have them under the same profile which is really troublesome as I needed to log off and on to each number to check and make payment. Other telecoms app are which better.

Thinking of moving my 2 accounts to giga instead

The outgoing voice usage display includes both On-Net and Off-Net minutes which doesn’t makes no logical sense at all. The staff designed and approved this should be fired. Also, there are other questionable policies such as the pro-rated usage during the first month. Redone please get your act together or you will lose customers faster than you can type your name.

I got a new SIM card. Received email from redOne confirming activation along with receipt and registration form. However sim is not working , live agents simply said that system doesn’t show anything for my purchase . Still not able to use it. This is pretty terrible experience compared to other teleco I have used so far. SIM works on the spot when we purchase . Downloaded application doesn’t recognize number and not able to sign up on app as well. My advice to any new users to beware of redone. Better look for some other service provider . Quality of service it not trust worthy.
