Great service , ordered fly rug early Monday and received Tuesday - lovely rug and fits very well

Always struggle with this app, search is terrible, can never work out how to return things, puts me off using Redpost

Georgina helped me buy a new hat, she was incredibly helpful ensuring the hat I bought was the right fit, she was very patient as I tried several different hats, very well informed on the safety aspects and brands available, and had excellent customer service without pressurising me to make a choice. Thank you ever so much

This app is useless, crashes at time of payment so you’re unsure if you’ve paid not. Shop elsewhere as this isn’t worth the stress

Rubbish app! I never feel compelled to write a review but my frustration at trying to purchase just four items has led me to leave a negative review. Aside from the fact that each time you view an item to click back to the list you are tAken back to the homepage and you need to go through selecting the section of the menu you wish to view. Then when finally going through the checkout procedure nothing happens when you are awaiting to be redirected to Klarna. Three times I’ve tried and I am faced with a blank page. I shall just have to purchase elsewhere!

Big fan of Redpost, have been for many years! Especially with them just a few doors from me… though this app I have trouble with, it always seems to crash. I’ve deleted it for a while before and re downloaded it recently and still keeps crashing. I’ll stick to the website or store

Honestly love this shop!! Ordered a few pieces from here before. Everything on their website is so lovely and they always have such amazing deals on too!! Really recommend the app and website. Will be buying all my horses winter rugs from here. They have a lovely range of Bucas and Horseware rugs!!
