Reflections: Call of Ancestors

Was fine till I paid the £6.99 and then the game play was so slow I gave up. Total waste of money. Can’t seem to contact anybody to get it fixed either

There was a time when these games were innovative and had genuine puzzles. For the last year or so, however, the devs appear to have become lazy and just bundle together the same old stuff, change some graphics and send it for sale. It must be how they can churn out so many of these walking simulators. The only example I will give, because I am already as bored of this review as I was the game, is their formula. Enter a room, interact with an item. Oh no, it’s got pieces missing and I can’t use this until I find them. The thing is, I am looking for missing pieces for every quest item I have come across so far, it’s like the people that live here are seriously careless with their belongings; there is no way I would have so many broken and useless items on display in my house, yet this place, with 3 trillion servants and whatever, just ignore the chaos around them, but I, a complete stranger probably here to kill the master of the house, will fix it all for you. Just be aware of the above; if looking for missing pieces of items you need to use, time after time, is your things. Otherwise avoid the monotony and try something else. If you really must play it, at least get it on sale!

Very good game and long but not boring.

This was quite a difficult game especially a lot of the puzzles and not for a beginner, the hos were very varied which was good, the map was easy to follow and showed exactly where to go next, unfortunately the inventory items were not listed so you had to have a good memory and some items had strange names, which meant you needed the hint button a few times. The familiars were able to be obtained at the end of the game if you missed any and opened a bonus game. The game was a good length but not really my type of game and quite dark. I deducted a star for not naming the items.

Two games released by big fish and 5 stars on each ,what’s going on 🧐🤔 but hey another great game but enjoy it why’ll you can 🤣 well done too the developers on this one ✨👍🏻✨

Excellent loved collecting all the thingies

For a BFG hidden objects game. Game is very slow to respond & frustrating to play, I expected better from Big Fish
