Refocus: App Blocker & Limits

Actually i think it’s pretty close to being the best at the “blocker” apps category. I used Opal for a long time but now I’m thinking about switching fully to Refocus. The feature i love is multiple blocks running at the same time!! Opal doesn’t have that :/

I tried several screen time blocking apps. Some of them were trying to be extra, be it flashy design, countless unneeded features, etc. After all of them, I settled on Refocus. It has a really simple and pleasant design, doesn’t annoy you with countless popups, and it does the job perfectly (I’ve never had a problem with not being able to turn blocking on/off). I think I’ve never left a review for the app before, but this one deserves 5 out of 5 for sure.

The functionality is excellent for me. But I can just change the clock to bypass all restrictions

It’s a good app to keep you disciplined. My weekly average screen time is dropping.

I have ADHD. I use this to block anything that might distract me. It’s simple to use and if you try to unblock too many times, you have to pay. I love the mindfulness prompt included too. It’s been a game changer for me.

If it has extra features like blocking u from seeing comments or reels which are addictive that would make this app better! But it accomplishes its job
