Better than it used to function
Couple years ago used this app for getting some money back on my paycheck by doing the programs. Unfortunately they tell you to eat the food pyramid, so you have to lie about your food intake to maintain your weight. If I ate like they recommend I’d be gaining a lot of fat mass and wouldn’t have nearly enough protein to build that muscle mass. So as a amateur athlete, their health recommendations are absolutely dog crap and goes off the food pyramid, which we’ve known for 50 years has been killing Americans. So I just focus on the behavioral habit forming goals.
