Ridiculous app. I am on a Regent ship. Tired to use it. Asked to approve location services and other options but would never ever actually launch the app functionally. Worthless. Removed it.

Does not hook up on Splendor
App does not hook up on Splendor. Will not connect even though on WiFi. Checked with ships tech support and he said hooks up on Grandeur but not Splendor. Real disappointment because valuable asset when on Grandeur. Please fix.
Ask Viking for help
Not well laid out, hard to navigate, does not make Regent look good.
Serves no purpose
This app is useless. Will just try to connect you to WiFi when on the ship but you can already do this in iPhone settings. The WiFi on regent is also very poor quality, basically unusable.
Print advertising vs WI-FI
If they would put as much effort into their woeful WI-FI as they do their massive print advertising, it would make a difference to many.
Not working on Explorer
Why bother offering it?

Not sure how a company of this size and money can create such a poor application- in that is does not even connect to its own network. Who ever runs software development should be fired…
Does not work
The apps keeps asking to connect to WiFi from ship even if your are connected to ship. Wants you to turn on location services even when they are on. Does not provide any access to any services on the ship.

Well this app still does not work. Shame because it could be quite handy
App Doesn’t Work At All
Why bother with an app? This tells me to connect to ship WiFi, which I’m on. It then takes me to my settings where it wants access to everything. I gave it full access. Still won’t work. Sad for such an expensive cruise line.
