Wacky app, lagging when paying

As of late works terribly, there is always a problem upon bike returning. Never could be accomplished in first try, you have to restart the app time and again. Please change that

Please make possibility to take more than 1 bike

Idiotically made application where u can't take more than 1 bike on 1 account, remake it please!

The view on top (with the word "Map" and a circular refresh button) moves 1 pixel or so to the left each time I press the refresh button. To recreate the bug try pressing that button multiple times and you'll see it. Previously I was able to see the information about each bike when pressing on its label. Seems like it no longer works. It's nice that you now show the number of bikes available at each "repoint" on their labels. It would be great if you could somehow show the bikes' type on the bikes' labels too. Maybe make the "lady-favorite" purple or add some symbol? The label could also reflect if the bike has any problems. Otherwise great app and service.

Chtěl jsem použít kolo v rámci Prahy. Bohužel široko daleko okolo Hrdlořez není možné kolo zaparkovat, což jsem zjistil, když mimi přišla pokuta 500 Kč od Rekola. Musíte vedet, nebo si na mapě ověřit, ze tam kam jedete můžete zaparkovat bez pokuty. Dále mi vadí převody, do kopce se s tim nedá jet. Sedlovka nizko, nešla zvednout. Pro dospělého muže velmi nepohodlné.

I have used their service until now without any issues. I have locked my bike as usual one evening and the morning later, 12 hours after, they tried to deduct 500 czk (didn't happen luckily as there was my old card that expired, as I use their service with Litacka and Multisport mainly). I have asked to customer service some reasons why this happened, and they mentioned that the day before I didn't lock the bike, which wasn't true, and the guy asked me if the lock beeped 2 times instead of 1, otherwise it didn't work. When I have asked why I didn't get any notification 30 mins or 1 hour later, they said "we send notification manually, and we work until 5 pm", so they don't have any automated notifications by app, that in almost 2025, it is unbelievable. Be careful because when there are some issues with the lock of the bikes, they try to steal 500 CZK and it becomes a SCAM as they don't inform you, and take the money without any warning

Rekolo mi naúčtovalo 630 Kč kvůli tomu že se neaktivoval zámek. Na podpoře se mi vysmáli, prý už kolo několik krát fungovalo. Žádná omluva ani vysvětlení možného řešení.

Prihlaseni a registrace uz ve verzi 1330 funguje.

Většina kol je neseřízená což znepříjemňuje jízdu. P🤷‍♂️ roblém s odemykáním kola je nepříjemný. Pokud se ale uzamčené kolo nepropíše do systému, neustále se vám zvětšuje útrata i když kolo nepoužíváte. Podpora v mini město Prostějov má velmi špatný přístup! 🤬 Donutili mě koupit si kolo a zámek a jejich aplikaci už nevyužívat! ⚠️ U jiných sdílecích služeb je přístup lepší. 🙂👍
