I would use the app more often, but please make search by location, optimize the screen for different devices (in my case iPhone +), maybe decrease resolution of photos to make them load faster.

A cool app for booking best hotels in the world

Site crashed multiple times though the content looks good.

Wherever you are, you can easily find a Relais & Chateaux closest to you, knowing you will find a hotel or restaurant with the finest cuisine and service. Easy to use, easy to locate - and great for creating the next holiday "dreams".

I have used the app many times whilst looking for accommodation in France, both before travelling and whilst on the road. I have had many many drop outs where you press the back button to review another property and the app disappears altogether. Sometimes when I press the back button and try to review another property the tag that comes up for the property is about half the height of the normal tab and shows no picture or text. Tags like this will not open to show a second or third property and the only way to see other properties is to close the app altogether and start again. I find it takes quite a long while to reach the booking page after pressing make a reservation. Having been very critical above, I would also like to say that I think that the presentation of the properties with the wonderful colour photographs is superb. All that is needed is some more work on the app to make it a bit more stable
