Can't add a maintenance request from the app

This app logs me out every few days and doesn’t support Face ID.

They removed mobile key, this is literally the worst app ever because they removed core functionality. Whichever product manager, development studio and devs created this; this is an insult to the craft of making good apps

The new version not show delivery anymore. The update makes my life harder.

Less features than before…why. I can’t see my packages or see and modify guest access

Every time they update the app it gets worse and worse. Removed great features like the key which was super useful for my kids.

Took away the few useful features the app had (package delivery for one) and is now a cluttered mess

Can’t submit maintenance requests as of 6/24 and view our bill

Keep up the good work!

Would be better if app provided options for service requests for amenities, such as issues with gym equipment.
