I've never felt so relaxed in my life. I listened to this for the first time before going to sleep and honestly, I can't remember the last time I slept so great. It's amazing!

This is a fantastic app! I use it to fall asleep when I’m having trouble doing so and it works every time! I even use it if I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back to sleep. I love Andrew’s voice and way of speaking. It’s so relaxing! Can’t recommend this app enough.

I have used and loved Andrew Johnson’s apps for years. They truly work to help me relax and sleep. He has the most mesmerizing voice. Nothing else compares. Having said that I wish he would update his old version of RELAX. The new version doesn’t flow as well. It is too descriptive and doesn’t have you count down as many times. It takes longer to relax and turn your mind off. It still works, but I miss the older version.

What happened to the original tracks for these? The updated ones seem to be much shorter - is it just me or am I crazy? They used to be over 20+ minutes long if I remember correctly…

I don’t usually write reviews, but this app has really helped me. I used to have terrible anxiety attacks, racing thoughts at night, depression, etc. I was desperate for a natural way to relieve these symptoms, and somehow came across this app 10 years ago. The guided mediation is amazing, completely relaxes me and puts me to sleep every time. I set it on the “do not wake” setting, and just drift off... I dunno how he does it, but Andrew Johnson really does know how to calm the mind. Doesn’t work for everyone, some people think the voice is too cheesy since he does have a strong accent and some corny music playing in the background. But if none of that bothers you, and you can take it seriously, I highly recommend it !!!

Andrew Johnson has a group of apps that are great. Whether you want to relax or reduce stress these apps are a great choice and worth the small price!

This deep relax app is the best app for stress relief, sleeping, anxiety, and anyone who needs to clear their mind. I am only twelve and I don't know that much about meditation but I have tried multiple apps and this is by far the best! At my school I have been through so much drama that I wasn't able to eat, sleep, I was constantly crying, and the nerves in my face were in a continuous state of twitching. I used this app and after even one session I felt better then I knew was possible. You must have this app it is the BEST! 😌😍

I've been using this off & on for over a year. He has a gentle tone & asleep in minutes. I tend to use this more for a power nap. Or if I feel like I need energy.
