Had to reset my password and to do that you go through their website, which offers no known character limit while resetting. In the app, in order to enter your password it MUST be 14 characters maximum. Im now stuck with a password i cant sign in with and i cant reset it until after the payment is due. Thanks, unreliable.
The Reliable Credit employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. They threatened me and harassed me for multiple days. Extremely poor customer service! DO NOT FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM. This company is an extreme rip off and I will no longer be doing business with them.
I finance a used car from they by the time I knew it I was paying 29.99% apr and they said they willing to work with me and only dropped it down to 4% I’ve been paying over a year and haven’t made the smallest dent because everything is going into interest
