Remini-Schools & ECC

As a daycare teacher, it’s nice for meeting track of diapers, bottles, food, etc. Messages to parents seem harder than necessary to create and send. “Stories” for newsletters is awful- almost every time I add someone, something else gays b deleted or messed up. Something I could do in MS Word or on a Google doc in 20 minutes takes me hours in this app!!

We have been using Remini for a few years now and love the responsiveness of the company. Whenever we have a question they get back to us quickly. I love the personal attention. I also appreciate the ease of the software from the setup perspective. Additionally, Remini listens to our requests and we have seen several come through in their updates. Can't recommend enough!

Freezes all the time. I have to delete and reinstall at least 1-2 times per week.

Remini has helped our program bring communication to a really good level - it's all in one place for families, there is no more wondering because we can message them and share needs and important photos and videos with families all in the same place. We're so glad to be using it.

The developers of child care apps must congregate annually and plot ways to make their incredibly unfriendly and clunky apps. Is this the worst of the bunch? Probably not. Is it good? No.

I think this app is could be a case study for “UI designed by engineer” issues. 3 different messaging screens for the same purpose, sign in sheets that are buried deep inside the app, slow server responses, and many more. I wouldn’t use it, but I have to because my kids’ daycare requires it.

We have used Remini for several years now. We are extremely satisfied with the app’s features and the support team is always available, responsive and helpful.

I really like Remini. It is user-friendly and I will recommend it to my friends too.
