Exchange rates of this app are good but app is not easy to use. You need to do too many clicks to make a simple transaction. 1. You need to click login from home screen 2. Then you need to input your login details (or already filled) and click on login again 3. After login you need to click send now 4. You need to select delivery options to see a rate (it has no default delivery option or doesn’t remember your preference. 5. After these 4 steps you reach to the real point when you start making a transaction. These 5 steps can be easily removed and user should be able to start a transaction right away when the app is opened.
