Absolutely no customer support! Apple should pull such poorly supported apps from their store. My app has been locked for days, I call the helpline, it rings then cuts, when I get through I waste my time on the queue then it cuts! I chat with support and before I can say a word the chat crashes, when I email, no response for 2 days and still waiting! Can I give a worse review ? What a shambolic mess!

No where to log in, perhaps hidden. I make us of Desktop version daily for official purposes, been doing this for years. I felt I should try the mobile version to ease my job but could not even find where to log in as an existing user. Nigeria is better than this, it is rather unfortunate and unpleasant that this kind of app can be released without proper UAT. I am not sure it can be improved considering no step has been taken by promoters to fix issues raised by other reviews of 3years ago I can read here.

This app was clearly rushed. Can you guys do a proper test on all the functionality it boasts of????!!! Can’t seem to do ANYTHING with it.

I paid my school fees with remita uptill now is showing not paid I emailed u I called but In vain the call ma u will finished my airtime and still I didn’t get a chance to even talk to any of you is not fear at all

I used this platform to pay for admission checking of COOU university for a friend on 8th September 2023 by 8am. Up till now the payment hasn’t reflected. Unfortunately I didn’t note the RRR because I used my Kuda card to pay. When I try to check the admission status I’m asked to generate another invoice. Worse still, when I generated another invoice from the schools website and tried to pay via the platform, they couldn’t even verify the invoice number.These people are SCAMMERS and they just STOLE my money for no reason. AVOID USING THIS APP OR THE REMITA WEBSITE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PEACE OF MIND.
