The ad said “wherever you are in the world” but the country list is very limited, so impossible to use

I’ve tried a few of these payment services and Remitly is by far the easiest to use, gives a good exchange rate, charges fair transfer fees and gets the money back to my family within a few hours. Plus I get a notification on my phone when the money is received. Couldn’t ask for more!

very strange company, I am very suspicious of their services. would not recommend anyone to risk their money here

Honestly at first I wasn’t to fond of this app because my experience wasn’t good from the beginning but once I called customer service and had them verify my account it was easy peasy from there and I definitely love it

So they recently just suspended my account for absolutely no reason and I tried calling can’s emailing the customer service about it and they could not even give me an explanation or anything as to why my account was suspended and I have been on remitly for almost 2 years now so I really did not understand that and I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did with these guys because I honestly was not expecting that after being a loyal customer with them for so long so I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did and maybe even let me know if the same thing might have happened to them recently

I mean , developed a app has to be really hard. But you don’t deliver what you promise, I made 2 transfers today and 1 of those will take 3 days is insane because if I should’ve done with example western union it would’ve been instantly available for the recipient, I also made other , well it’s says it would be available in 30 minute , well when i finished guess what, 3 hours is a lot of time , it doesn’t worth it
