Tried 2 different emails Will not let me in!? Keeps saying already an account with this email!? Lies! NEEDS SORTING ASAP AS WE ARE SUFFERING AT THE HANDS OF OUR NEIGHBOUR!!!!!!

every time i try entering my email and password it says an account with my email already exists. this is the first time using and haven’t signed up before useless

I scanned my housing provider’s QR code and duly filled out the forms to create an account. When it came to signing in however, I couldn’t and get “invalid login attempt”. Tried to log in via Face ID and separately with my password but it’s not happening. I’ve tried deleting the app and starting over but nothing works and so as far as I’m concerned it’s utterly useless.
