Sehr unübersichtlich
sehr unübersichtliche APP, überhaupt keine Beschreibung, kein Support - geht gar nicht !!! RENAC interessiert das offensichtlich nicht … es gäbe so gute Beispiele am Markt wie es deutlich besser geht!
Renac Update 2.6
Unfortunately I downloaded the new Update 2.6 Now the units on the horizontal Graph are deleted. How can I Go back to Version 2.5 again?😖

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem App. Sehr übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen.
Very complicated App
Since 3 days I’m trying to connect the App with the Energy solar system. Is first time in my life that I have encountered such complicated app. The provided instruction is not detailed and is not clear. Unfortunately there is no App-support, I really need help and I can’t find who can support me to install the needed devices. When I will be contacted and supported to configure all the settings I will change the mind and will make from 1 star to 5. Thanks and best regards

Não funciona
Já tem certo tempo que aponta que meu inversor está off mas avaliando com o técnico o mesmo está normal e gerando energia porém o aplicativo aparece assim…

Poderia ser mais explicativo, acho que podem melhorar o app! Nele diz que tem uma nova versão, porém, não atualiza… Alguns detalhes de geração, login e senha e etc, detalhes como esses, poderiam melhorar e tornar a vida dos usuários melhor!🫱🏼🫲🏽
Baixa qualidade do APP
Aplicativo não atualizada em tempo real a produção de energia, não dá informações corretas sobre total gerado dentre outras informações. Concertem isso aí pois o produto de vocês vale muito dinheiro para ter um aplicativo de tão baixa qualidade!

Do nada da login e senha incorreto, quando vou em esqueci senha diz procurar administrador, estou sem saber quanto estou gerando
