App never works on apple products gets stuck in an infinite loop re-asking for login. Totally horrible!

Not a fan of the app auto changing your preferred agency to themselves. Don’t waste your time with this nor should one support this!

Update this app, it is awful SGI!!

In the past couple of weeks the app has gone to crap. It takes forever to open, if it ever does, and now I’ve been waiting for 5 minutes for it to produce the PDF so that I can print my registration and it’s still not opening. Before it was a great app but now I would not recommend it until they get whatever bug fixed

Despite login issues, it is clear that this application is written by/for one particular SGI reseller - Ogema Agencies. WARNING - This app will change your default SGI provider from your chosen local business to Ogema Agencies! Therefore they (Ogemma Agencies) will get the credit from your renewals, rather than your preferred provider. Nowhere in the App or the App Store listing is any of this made clear. Buyer beware.

Redirect redirect redirect while signing in, type in user and password multiple times to get signed in if it will even let you. Works fine from desktop but very poorly from app on phone.

Your auto default as the SGI provider For insurance services is not an acceptable practise in my opinion. I have had a long and professional relationship with a specific and local SGI provider and intend to respect and continue my business with them. I can’t believe SGI would allow one agency to have priority on insurance - shamefull.

The app keeps switch me from my selected issuer to Ogema which is interesting because they are the designer. And don’t they get some credit or payment for the more business they write? Seems shady.

Why all of a sudden my issuer changed from Smith’s to Ogema? It didn’t even ask or told me about it, by the time i logged in on the app right away my issuer changed. I have no issue about it. But i just need to know. Cause I’m pretty sure this app would come handy for my future use. If this would work better and smooth this would save you time.

You are able to make changes and update registration. Unfortunately when you download the pdf of your registration there is no way to print from the app. Had to go back to the online version to print.
