The at home motivation I needed
I lost my daily workout routine years ago and after having two children under two the chance of getting to a yoga class became a distant memory. I would attempt yoga flows on my own at home but quickly got distracted or intended to start but never did. This turned into a 4 year cycle of lost flexibility, muscle and motivation. The Renew with Riva app has everything I didn’t even know I needed from daily affirmations to short flows, full series flows, strength training and skill building series!! On nights where I’m too tired to do a full workout I’ll choose a short skill set (currently splits) to work toward and keep my workout routine going. I feel great and am so thankful to have finally found an at home solution to get me back to a healthy me!

Love the prenatal classes!
I’m in my 7th month of pregnancy and Ive really been enjoying the prenatal yoga classes on the app. I think I even fell asleep during the restorative one. Can’t wait to take the regular classes after I’ve given birth!
Just what I’ve been looking for
I am loving the great yoga & mobility classes with Riva, but one of my favorite features on this app is the personal tracking section! It helps hold me accountable to stay on track on days when I’d otherwise probably skip my workout. The mobility classes have actually been noticeably transformative, & I’ve only just begun. Really looking forward to visiting more often.
Love this wellness app!
I love all of the options within this app for holistic wellness - from exercise to meditation. Great flows, easy to follow for all levels but still challenging. I'm pretty active normally and am currently pregnant so I'm loving the prenatal content for days where I feel like I need something different. I follow Riva_g_ on Instagram and have always loved her content. I had high hopes and this has exceeded my expectations!
I can move again!
Did not realize how much I needed this until I tried it. The mobility challenges and lower back work are life changing after being hunched over my desk all day.
Amazing wellness in your pocket!!
Love the variety of options and especially appreciate the short and sweet mindfulness offerings making it easy to fit in anywhere, anytime. Great app!!
