Renfe Cercanias

I had purchased the ticket and stored in the app. After updating, the app would never open. Wasted my money. I bought a paper ticket instead.

Unfortunately if you don’t have a Spain based phone number , you are not able to get a verification code when you attempt to login , so you just can’t. On the other hand Renfe trenes allow to choose an email to send the code, can you please just add what already works elsewhere? Thanks!!

It was working fine but for a few weeks now, it crashes. This is a huge inconvenience for those who have the ticket stored inside the app to be used on the QR enabled turnstiles.

App stops functioning periodically, requiring reinstall

Doesn’t let me open it, because it crashes. No update either.. been like this for 3 months now.

App requires an SMS verification code to sign in, but the code is never delivered to my US number

Renfe apps accept phone numbers from other countries when you setup your account, but then, they cannot be used for two-factor authentication. Also, if you change/cancel your ticket, they cannot send any information to these phones

Good information in the app and very helpful, but freezes often and have to close out and start again. Would be nice if I could add my tickets to apple wallet too.
