It's not allowing to register. I filled all the fields and it's "thinking" and afterwards rejecting. Same happened 2 yeast ago. I re-installed the app, tried different emails, using spanish mobile number, nothing helps. Developer, please, test the app as new user, please remove all the bugs.

The app does not give any advice in the routes. Would be nice if it did. I know it’s possible to train from San Sebastian to a Coruña, but instead of giving me a route and advice, the app says it isn’t possible…🤨 It’s the same for San Sebastian to Santiago de Compostella…🥸

Very unintuitive and frustrating design. A six year old could have done a better job

At times the app just doesn’t work. At all. Quite annoying if one wishes to travel by train. Also, you can’t edit your own (!) personal information -which is really something that should be possible; hello GDPR - nor can you delete an account (by yourself). The list goes on, but yeah.. 1 star.

If for any reason the app cannot contact the server, you are put in the circular train mode without the possibility to go to any off line option until the app gives up its attempts to contact the server. That can take several minutes useless waiting and getting frustrated. Tickets of old journeys appear to be stored forever and pop up again at random occasions. There does not seem to be any option to get rid of them definitive.

Getting Locke out of my account I’ll the time. Messages like “whoops something went wrong “ Not being able to access my tickets I even missed my train and had to cancel my trip to Toledo!

If you want to register it does not accept your ID( you have to do that on the website) but then you still can’t book a train or it can’t find a connection on the website but there is one in the App

La app no permite elegir asiento

Cada vez esto va peor, ahora la app no permite seleccionar billetes, lleva así más de tres semanas y no lo solucionan. Un desastre.

Siempre iba genial y ahora te golpe te redirige a una cola de espera de unos 15 minutos y cuando por fin es tu turno se va la app.
